Professional Experience: I moved from Minnesota in 1994 to Oregon and started the first dog walking business ever seen there. I was featured in Entrepreneurial Magazine for the most innovative, successful home based business of the year. I sold that business, which is still in operation today. After selling that business, I started C.J.'s High Climbing Service in Oregon (power washing exteriors of homes, buildings-and moss removal from roofs) and operated it for 13 years which I also sold and it too is still currently in operation. C.J's High Climbing Service is still in operation here in the Bonners Ferry and Sandpoint area. I have had several properties that I myself have owned and invested in for re-sale as well as rentals. I have traveled to 21+ countries, so I perceive myself as pretty well rounded and cultured.

Education: Graduated high school from Elk River, Minnesota in 1990. Spent some time at St. Cloud State University and saw the potential of working for yourself. From then on, I have. I have done several informational spots on the local news and morning shows on education with regards to being self-employed, starting up a business and the positives of it.

Outside Interests: Anything that involves my family and outdoors, whether it is fishing, hiking, biking, skiing, snow shoeing or camping. We love the water and anything to do with it as well, canoeing, water skiing or just going down to the water and going for a walk.

Personal Information: I have a wonderful wife Tiffany and a new baby (one of hopefully many!), we are both looking forward to showing our little guy all that our area has to offer as he gets older. In MY personal time if we are not outside enjoying our area I enjoy making log furniture for our house.
